Noteable Expressions - FAQs

Where are you located?

I am currently and online-only company based in Canton, Michigan, though I do hope to open up a design studio / shop in the not-too-distant future!  I offer appointments to customers who are local and I am happy to meet with you Monday-Saturday from 9am-2pm. I am available online typically from 6am-12 midnight/7 days a week.

What are your prices?

At this time, I have approximately 500 designs available in my store, those invitations vary from $92.00 for 100 invitations on Basic paper to $128.00 on Metallic paper (each comes with plain white envelopes).

My fees for custom design are as follows:

For (up to 3) small changes to an existing design: $0
For a unique custom design: $25 for the first 4 hours of design time - with 3 changes included
Additional hours of design time: $10 per hour

Do you have a minimum order?

Currently, our minimum quantity is 10.  My prices vary for very small quantities.


When should I order/send my invites out?

First of all, do yourself a favor and don’t wait until the last minute!  For your convenience, use this timeline below as a guide for when everything should be ordered and sent out.

    Order Invites: 3 to 12 months before
    Send Save the Dates: a minimum of 6 months before, or up to 1 year before if you have a popular date or destination wedding
    Send Invitations: 4-8 weeks before
    RSVP Deadline: no less than 2 weeks before, preferably about 30 days before
    Send Wedding Announcements: arrange to have sent the day after the wedding
    Send Thank You Cards: 1-2 weeks after, but better late than never!


What is your turnaround time?

For Digital printing, Zazzle typically has a 48 hour turnaround. Shipping varies according to your choice.

What does my invitation set weigh?
How much postage will it need?

You should always consult the USPS for current postage rates.  They have an online postage calculator here: http://postcalc.usps.com/. ; This handy guide should help guide you in estimating your postage rate.  Please note that square envelopes are changed extra because they can’t be sorted by machines.

*Square Envelopes will require an additional 20 cents postage

Letters (1 oz.): 45 cents
Most save the dates, thank you cards, single cards

Heavy Letters (2 oz): 65 cents
Most wedding invitation sets: invitation, response card, and envelopes

Postcards: 32 cents

Letters to Canada or Mexico (1 oz.): 85 cents
Most save the dates, thank you cards, single cards

Heavy Letters to Canada or Mexico (2 oz.): $1.05
Most wedding invitation sets: invitation, response card, and envelopes

Letters to Other Countries (1 oz.): $1.05
Most save the dates, thank you cards, single cards

Heavy Letters to Other Countries (2 oz.): $1.25
Most wedding invitation sets: invitation, response card, and envelopes

Do you offer your designs in languages other than English?

Yes!  I can do just about any language since you provide the text.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, I do!  So far I don’t have restrictions but I’ll post them here if and when I do.

Can the design I like be customized? / Can I change the colors, font style, etc?  / Can I get X in lieu of Y?

Of course!  Via the Zazzle website, you can change the text, font, colors, and placement of design elements. If you need additional help, please just email and I am happy to help you!
